One of a kind. When making this piece I had the idea of mirrored or inverted curves touching at a single point, creating a natural flow between two simple pieces, emphasizing the clean lines and textures, as well as the elegance in simplicity possible in such a deceptively delicate art form.

One of my favorite parts of making this was joining them with a single small rivet, that would prohibit the pieces from rotating. It’s somewhat delicate, which is rare to say of metalworking, but I am very satisfied. The design forced me to create a different method than I have developed for larger pieces to accomplish this, and this blend of form and function driving one another, and pushing me to develop new ideas, is one of my favorite things about metalworking.

This piece has a clear coat for a clean finish, which won’t rub off on your clothes, and hangs from a black or brown leather cord. The cord comes long so you can tie it at the length you prefer- often hand forged pendants are worn lower than is typical. Hard to say why, I’m just told it feels right! So, I left it long so you can further customize it to fit your style.

Available with a black or brown leather cord, completing the traditional and grounded feel of a forged piece of art, while allowing your own style to be added, making it unique, and uniquely yours.
